Last week, Chatham Park hosted a Hard Hat Tour + Wine Tasting event at the sales center, hosting confirmed buyers, prospects, and realtors for an evening of socially distant tasting and touring. Led by the Brandt Construction team, guests were given an exclusive tour of the rising development—exploring the condo buildings, a mock-up of the exterior, and the sweeping views from the top floor.
After the tour, guests were welcomed to enjoy a French wine tasting led by Ron Miller of Cork + Cracker inside the sales center, sampling crowd favorites like Minuty M Rosé and Chateau De Beaucastel Chateaneuf-du-Pape. Instead of a traditionally catered event (to ensure the safety of our guests), Chatham Park enlisted neighbor Goose the Market to make delicious snack packs that were distributed to guests on an individual basis.
While mingling with future neighbors and agents, guests also had the chance to explore the well curated selection of building materials, finishes, textures, and colors displayed throughout the sales center.
